The CET input data specification is changing on 7/15. Users need the CET input files provided by My Data Chameleon to also change on that day to keep the systems in sync.

The last validation piece is to check that the avoided cost combination for electric savings is valid, and to help users correct their combination when it isn't.

Users may not want to scroll all the way down to the bottom to save their edits, having the save button stick to the top of page will allow the user to save whenever they are finished editing with out having to scroll to find the save button
